Update: CARES Act Portal

According to the UnitedHealth Group Optum helpline (866-569-3522), the CARES Act General Distribution Fund portal is fully operational as of April 27 at 2 p.m. CT. If you continue to experience issues with the portal, please contact IHA immediately. Also, please note that the attestation portal is also fully operational. Providers must attest to receiving both the first and second tranches of CARES Act funding.
