Montana Case Count Data Reporting

Reporting case counts is essential to completing quarterly hospital data submission. All Montana hospitals must include case counts as part of regular reporting. COMPdata-generated feedback reports accompany this reporting to ensure data accuracy.

Our expert-led training focuses on case counts and compliance rate resolution, highlighting specific actions you can take to avoid closing the quarter with a percentage below and/or above the data submission compliance rate.

Case Counts & Compliance Rate Training

We offer training for data coordinators, facility IT staff involved with monthly abstract discharge reports and vendor staff providing COMPdata data submission. Training sessions are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. MT.

By attending, you’ll learn about:

  • Monthly case counts and the data entry process
  • How count accuracy affects internal and external data analysis
  • How to resolve count discrepancies using reports
