IHA Comment Letter to Illinois Dept. of Insurance regarding Change Healthcare Cybersecurity Incident

IHA respectfully requests that the Illinois Department of Insurance direct insurers to implement the flexibilities encouraged by HHS and DOL, as a result of the Change Healthcare cybersecurity incident.
