Due Sept. 5: 340B Hospitals Encouraged to Comment on Proposed Remedy

While IHA is submitting comments on behalf of Illinois’ 340B and OPPS hospitals, we encourage hospitals to submit their own comments to CMS on this proposed remedy as well. The American Hospital Association has drafted a model comment letter for hospitals to use in this effort. It is available here.
