Data coordinators have an essential role in submitting complete, error-free hospital data every quarter. To avoid any gaps in data submission, use the form below to update your account details. Changes in data coordinator information include name changes, new office or mobile/landline phone numbers, and a new email address. You will receive an email when your ID is updated. Provide your current COMPdata account information.
COMPdata uses a mobile or landline for two-step multifactor verification (MFA) when accessing our data submission system. The number may be different from your office/contact phone number.
Provide your email address currently associated with your COMPdata account.
Our customer support team will notify you when your login ID is updated.
