Memorial Hospital, Carthage
Victoria Popela, DO, is a hospitalist at Memorial Hospital, Carthage. She stays current on all medical research and therapies to provide the best treatment for COVID patients. She is also Medical Director of Hancock Village, the Hospital’s senior living facility with over 60 residents. She has been preparing the facility for COVID-19 since January. During the recent surge, Dr. Popela moved a cot into her office so she’s always available to care for critically ill patients.

Memorial Hospital, Carthage cares for residents of western Illinois and eastern Iowa. This critical access hospital also has several community clinics.
