The Midwest Alliance for Patient Safety (MAPS) is a federally certified Patient Safety Organization (PSO) and part of IHA. We have the insight and expertise needed to assist healthcare providers. MAPS PSO members benefit from shared patient safety strategies and federal legal patient safety event discovery protections.
