Promoting a Culture of Safety

MAPS PSO drives positive change within healthcare organizations with a personal touch that gives our PSO the largest Illinois hospital membership. Our comprehensive patient safety program also benefits MAPS’ diverse membership across the care continuum.

MAPS members have access to many opportunities to apply new insights and strategies to their patient safety efforts. For new members, MAPS PSO provides complete onboarding services including customized templates for Patient Safety Evaluation System (PSES) policies and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools.
