S. 2157 Comment Letter

Illinois Senator Dick Durbin introduced S. 2157, the Drug-price Transparency in Communications (DTC) Act of 2017, which would require disclosure of drug prices in advertising in an effort to bring the rising costs of prescription drugs under control.
